WOEA
14 scholarships to attend the NEA RA. Delegates
(non-state) can apply for a $1,000 scholarship to help cover expenses
to attend the NEA RA. The scholarships are $1,000 each, not to
exceed the OEA state-funded NEA delegate reimbursement ($1,609)
combined with local funding. The scholarship recipient must provide
verification of the amount of local funding in the form of a copy of
the documentation provided by the local's treasurer. Receipts will be required for
reimbursement and must be submitted to the WOEA office. All
participants are responsible for their own RA registration, travel and
hotel accommodations.
