In an effort to assist new and veteran local Treasurers so they can better understand the duties of their office; WOEA will hold a Treasurers’ Workshop on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at the Dayton Airport Hotel in Room 747, 3330 Terminal Dr., Vandalia, OH 45377 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (arrive by 8:30 a.m. to check in and enjoy coffee and Danish)  Participants will receive a box lunch.   Attendance at this Treasurers’ Workshop will enable a Local Association to apply to become eligible for OEA’s, “Fiscal Fitness Award.” 

OEA Secretary-Treasurer Jim Timlin will be the facilitator for this workshop.  The workshop is being offered free of charge for two (2) members of Local Associations affiliated with the WOEA.  Local Associations sending more than two (2) members and, OEA members not affiliated with the WOEA shall have a surcharge of $25.00.
